Breeze home inspections is a licensed and insured Maryland Home Inspection company. My company is certified by The Maryland Department of the Environment as a Visual lead paint inspection contractor MD license # 16404. I perform full risk reduction inspections, that consist of a visual inspection and dust wipe sampling of rental properties. The Maryland lead Poisoning Prevention Program mandates any rental property built before 1978 must be in compliance with the program.
